REMEDIAL AND SPORTS
Remedial and Sports massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and
connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, hips, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Perfect for injury
rehabilitation and/or focus on muscles relevant to the event, such as sports, exercises or simply sitting on a chair for long hours.
