At our massage therapy centre, each massage is customised according to the client's individual needs as well as the therapist's own talents and training, including the pressure.

REMEDIAL AND SPORTS

Remedial and Sports massage therapy focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and

connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, hips, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders. Perfect for injury

rehabilitation and/or focus on muscles relevant to the event, such as sports, exercises or simply sitting on a chair for long hours.

RELAXATION

Relaxation styles of massage offer gentle techniques. The goal, of relaxation massage is to reduce stress, promote overall wellness, relax muscles, diminish pain, and move body fluids (such as blood) to nourish cells and help remove waste products.

HOT STONES

A soothing and super relaxing treatment that has a plethora of health benefits. Dilates blood vessels increasing metabolic activity which may increase flow of blood, lymph and nutrients to the muscle and deep tissue.

PREGNANCY

A catch-all term for any hands-on massage during or after pregnancy (prenatal or postnatal massage). A pregnancy massage typically lasts an hour or an hour and a half.
